FACE OF THE SEA
Facial masks vary in consistency, aroma and ingredients. They can be used to hydrate, clear, and brighten the skin. Some have ingredients to invigorate the skin by using peppermint or mint; others use chamomile or green tea to give a more result. All are meant to offer a relaxing and therapeutic experience.
Yes – Conditions of acne or blackheads and pimples need a deep cleaning. Dry skin needs hydrating; older skins need something that works but is not harsh on the skin. Face of the Sea exfoliating mask does all this without irritation – never harsh – always good results.
You can certainly do it yourself. Face of the Sea makes it easy by including an application brush, rinse cloths and directions on how to use them. You can get together with family or friends and give each other a relaxing spa day. Of course, it is wonderful to go to a salon and let someone wrap you in towels and pamper you with a facial treatment.
Both. Face of the Sea Exfoliating Mask is gentle, pure, and safe, removes surface dirt and deep cleans the pores. The skin is fresh, clean and glowing after use.
If you are just using one to pamper your skin – then take out time to run a bath, light some candles and play mood music. If you are trying to clear up a skin problem or improve the appearance of your skin, then 2 or 3 times a week is suggested. More serious skin problems can be improved with every day use of my Face of the Sea Exfoliating Mask. It is safe enough to use every day.
Anti-aging is a “catch” phrase which is used to increase sales. The consumer should make it a must to read the ingredients. Of course you may not know the source or properties of those ingredients, so it is easy to be fooled. For the most part, products that exfoliate are the main aid in removing ‘dead’ skin and smoothing the surface of the face. The important thing to remember is that main ingredient in these products is retinol and it can be harmful to your skin and to your health. It should be managed by a dermatologist. Face of the Sea Exfoliating Powder is under patent because it exfoliates away dead skin, pimples, blackheads, acne, and some scars – all without the use of acids. It is so safe you can eat it.
Gentle exfoliating will remove the surface dead skin and open the pores, exposing new skin. If you exfoliate often and follow up with a cool splash and protective lotion the pores will shrink.
Brown spots are called “age” spots but are actually caused by exposure to the sun. If we had covered our skin or used sun protection over the years we would have very little, if any, problem with brown spots. Zinc Oxide works well if used in a cream that can be worked into the skin. Face of the Sea Skin Care Products is introducing a cream for brown spots.
No. I don’t put sun block in my lotions. My reasons: Many people are allergic to the elements in sun blocks – Also, the lotions won’t absorb into the skin for the hydration that is the main reason for our lotions – lastly, it gives a false sense of defense against damage because there isn’t enough in the lotion to truly give the protection needed.
Yes. There are many sun screen lotions and creams on the market. If in doubt which to use for yourself or your children, ask your doctor. A number 30 is what I use. 45 is probably not necessary, since you must apply it several times while out in the sun.
Again, it gives the wearer a false sense of security – leaving them thinking that is all they need, and to be honest, there isn’t enough in the makeup to make a difference. It’s a gimmick.
My exfoliating powder turns into a paste when water is added. You can then apply it to your face and body.
My powder is a combination of natural ingredients that exfoliate and cleanse the skin. The main element is from the sea. It naturally absorbs dead protein, which we develop on the surface of our skins. It does not contain any acids or harmful materials which makes it possible to use every day.
The ingredients in my formula have no action when dry. It is only activated when water is added. It must be used at once when mixed with a liquid. There are 30 applications in each jar. If mixed it would limit the number and lose much of its exfoliating power. This allows a long shelf life because the powder retains its full exfoliating ability until used.
My exfoliating mask is the only one that can be used around the eyes, nose and mouth. This is important because most of our early wrinkles start at the outside corners of the eyes and mouth. It doesn’t contain any acids, abrasives, or retinol. It is safe enough to eat and yet it exfoliates so well that it can, and does, take years off your appearance.
Yes. I have shown how I can take a spoonful while being filmed on television and YouTube. I only do it to prove that it is safe. There have been no claims of irritation or allergic reaction for my products in the last 26 years.
